Jason’s research focuses on using single-molecule force spectroscopy to uncover mechanophore design principles and quantitative structure-activity relationships for mechanical activation of small organic molecules and large biomolecules like DNA. Jason has spent time in the lab of our CBIMMS collaborator, Prof. Piotr Marszalek.
